Naturaliste Charters operates Eco Wilderness Tours departing from Geographe Bay in Dunsborough, located in the beautiful Margaret River region.
Our luxury vessel fits 50 guests, with seating for 30 passengers inside the cabin, and boasts a huge foredeck and upstairs fly bridge for 360-degree views of this stunning stretch of coastline.
You’ll enjoy complimentary tea and coffee on-board as you explore some of Australia’s most scenic coastline, along with the incredible wildlife that inhabits this region, such as sea birds and dolphins. We even have a hydrophone on-board so you can listen to the dolphins at play!
On our Eco Wilderness Tour, you’ll discover:
- Beautiful Beaches (including Meelup Beach, Eagle Bay and Bunker Bay)
- Limestone Caves (filled with Aboriginal art)
- Huge Cliffs
- New Zealand Fur Seals
- Sea Birds
- Sugarloaf Rock (home to some of the world’s best surf breaks)
- Yallingup (including Main Break)

- Common & Bottlenose Dolphins (and the occasional Penguin)
What to Wear:
It can sometimes be cool out on the water, which is why we recommend that you bring along a jacket.
Please note all Eco Wilderness or Sunset Tours require a minimum of 6 adults (or equivalent) to be confirmed. Although wildlife sightings are extremely likely, they cannot be guaranteed. The locations noted above can vary on each tour dependent on weather conditions or any unforeseen circumstances on the day, however we endeavor to see as much as possible on every tour. All tours are seasonal, as such the start and finish dates of each season can vary slightly. We will update passengers if and when required. Tours are subject to favourable weather conditions on the day, we encourage you to contact the office if you have any questions about the weather.
Relax and unwind with our Sunset Eco tour. Cruise the pristine waters of Geographe Bay as you watch the sun set over Cape Naturaliste. During the cruise also search for Dolphins and visit the Seal colony. View amazing limestone cliffs, secluded bays and a spectacular coastline. Complimentary afternoon tea. The bar will be open for drinks to purchase at reasonable prices. Sit back, relax and enjoy the view!
Terms and conditions:
If you are wishing to cancel or change your booking you must contact our office at least 24 hours prior to the cruise departing. Cancellations made by guests with at least 24 hours notice will incur a minimum 20% cancellation fee. If cancelled within 24 hours or no notification is given you will be charged the full amount. Full refunds will only be given if weather is unfavourable on the day and Naturaliste Charters have to cancel the tour for safety reasons. No refunds are given if you have been out on a tour. Please note: Sunset Tours and Eco Wilderness all have a minimum requirement of 6 adults (or equivalent) to be confirmed.
